Encrypted Television Services
Appletree is 'the third' provider of CMS/SCMS Services on the Sky Digital Platform. This means that we can manage Sky Viewing Cards through our interface with the Sky Subscribers Services. This is essential for any TV Channel who wants to encrypt its' programmes and charge for or restrict access to its content.
Along with this primary role, we also provide a CRM, a Call Centre, the facility to collect payments from subscribers and a full back office service that performs all routine tasks associated with the core functions of the business.
Back Office Functions
As our business has grown over the last 7 years, we have added more and more functionality to our offerings. We are now able to process payments via Credit Card/Debit Cards, PayPoint, Direct Debit and even by cheque.
We provide a wide range of integrated services including accountancy and administration functions. All of them are managed and supported by well trained personnel.
For clients who wish to use their own Call Centre, or even that of a third party, we offer special licence packages that enable them to pick the items from us that suit your business and to outsource the remainder.
