Background

Appletree was formed in 1992, initially to provide consultancy and software development for the telecom industry in the UK.

In 1999, Appletree began work in the Television industry and developed its own CMS (Card Management Software) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). These have been in use ever since by a variety of channels on the Sky Platform as well as the Irdeto Platform in Europe.

In 2004, operations were moved overseas to Mauritius and has since expanded rapidly. With 70 staff and 5,000 sq ft of office space, further growth is planned.

Directors

Trevor Wood - With over 20 years operating at management and director level, Trevor has worked for major plc's as well as leading communications companies.

Erhard Jungmayr MBE - Following a distinguished service in the Royal Air Force, Erhard was awarded the MBE for his services to the country. He retired in 1996 as a Squadron Leader before becoming a Commercial Director of a PLC and then setting up his own businesses.
