How Does This Help Me?
Our aim is to provide our clients with the best and most suited solution. To this end, we provide a wide range of services and these are on an 'opt-in' basis. In other words, if you want the service from us, you ask for it and we provide it.
Pleae refer to Television Services to see the items that can be selected. All TV Channels must take either Monthly CMS Services or a Licence. All other items are 'Extras'.
If you opt to provide your own Call Centre or use a trusted third party, we can provide a licence to use our CMS Software. This could potentially mean that you perform all the back office functions and services. In such a case, you may require our System Integration.
How Is It Charged?
All items are charged on a useage basis. If you want to ensure a high level of service then, you will require a higher number of staff to provide this. All staff and services are charged out on this basis. This means you can really calculate your costs and control them on an on-going basis.
What Size Do I Need?
This will be determined by your forecasts for calls and will be subject to the reality of your initial forecasts. Appletree will endeavour to scale up, or down, to suit your requirements. All tasks will require some degree of management and accountancy support in order to ensure a high level of quality is achieved and to verify correct input, etc.
Back Office Services Include:
Call Handling : Customer Service Calls, Subscriptions, Cancellations, Renewals, etc.
Fulfillment - post, email, text messages
Finance Processing And Reporting - Once an amount has been collected, it must be allocated to the correct customer and then scheduled for renewal. All of this, and much more, needs to be managed and reported on.
