Automating as many elements of your systems will assist in keeping costs down. Appletree can integrate and thus automate the above(except cheques and postal orders) in order to speed up service and make service efficient and cost effective.

Accountancy Support

As with all areas where the collection and management of funds is concerned, it is wise to use the experts. At Appletree, we have fully qualified Certified accountants on site as well as trained bookeepers. These staff are responsible for day-to-day running and management of all our client accounts.

Reporting

All of our systems provide management data and this is provided to our customers as required and subject to contract. Some reports are provided daily and others compiled into monthly summaries

Appletree is a recognised and authorised Direct Debit Bureau. These services can be used for collecting funds as well as paying funds.

You will require certain approvals and services to be provided by your bank in order to utilise direct debits.

Appletree is a service provider for PayPoint. This service enables end users to pay for services in local retail outlets who partner with PayPoint.

This is particularly useful for smaller value collection, typically made in cash and for repeat payments of items, such as monthly bills, etc.
